What is the manual work costing you?

Issuing permits, answering “can I burn today?” calls, chasing payments, updating lists — it adds up. Tell us what your program takes today and see what automating it gives back.

Your program today

Assumes the system automates about 90% of manual permit work, and a typical permit uses ~40 credits a season (issuing, activations, alerts) priced from our real credit packages. No monthly fees.

How Credits Work

Simple usage metering

10 credits / permit

You only spend credits when the system does work for you.

  • 10 creditsper permit issued
  • 1 creditper inbound call to your automated line
  • 1 creditper outbound notification (text, email or call)
  • Never expireunused credits roll forward, season after season

Example: a township issuing 300 permits a year with ~2,000 calls and alerts uses about 5,000 credits — $500, with nothing owed in the off-season.

Pricing questions

Are there really no monthly fees?
Really. You buy a credit package and the system deducts credits as it's used — 10 per permit, 1 per call, 1 per notification. If nobody burns, you spend nothing.
Do credits expire?
Never. Whatever is left at the end of the season carries into the next one.
Can we charge residents for permits?
Yes — you set your own permit fees and collect them online through your choice of PayPal, Square, Moneris, Paymentus or UniPay. Free permits are supported too; the payment step is simply skipped.
What are the payment processing fees?
Processing fees are set by your payment processor and paid to them directly. PayPal, for example, charges either 2.9% + $0.30 CAD or 3.7% + $0.30 USD per transaction — so a $10 CAD permit costs about $0.59 CAD in fees.
Is setup extra?
No — your dedicated website, local phone number and admin panel are all part of getting started. Schedule a demo and we'll scope your community's setup.
