Request account deletion
Use this form to ask us to delete your Burn Permits resident account. You do not need the app installed — we'll handle the request from here.
How it works
We'll find the account and remove it
This is for Burn Permits resident accounts — the ones used in the mobile app to register and activate burns.
- Use the account emailthe address you signed up with, so we can locate the right record
- Include your townshipcommunities share similar names — this keeps us from deleting the wrong account
- We'll confirm by emailonce the account and associated personal data have been removed
Still have the app? You can also delete from Edit Profile → Delete Account, if your community allows it. Either path reaches our team.
